"I was suffering from terrible sciatica pain due to a slip disc in my L5 S1 disc. Consulted a spinal surgeon in a private hospital in London who suggested 2 options spinal injections for short term relief or surgey but I was nervous to go for either, tried several osteopath sessions and massages , was on strong Naproxen painkillers still nothing helped and I was completely bed ridden dragging my left foot and needed support to go to the toilet! That's when like a god send i came in touch with Ashish! He gave me some excellent suggestions on exercises to do, he came down to my house as I couldn't walk properly. He showed me how to do a set of exercises and made me do them even though I was in pain. I started doing them everyday 3-4 times a day and in a few weeks the pain started getting better and I continued them for months and now I am all back to normal walking , doing household chores, driving. Highly recommend Ashish to anybody looking for a good physiotherapist, he is very knowledgeable and gets to the root of the issue to fix it.
